🔐 Account & Login
I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?

Make sure your email is typed correctly.

How do I reset my password?
Open the app → tap Forgot Password → enter your email.
Follow the link sent to your inbox to create a new password.
📱 App Usage & Features
I can’t join a live class. What should I check?

Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

Update the app to the latest version.

Restart the app and try joining again.
How do wellness challenges work?
Your company may launch challenges such as step challenges, hydration goals, or habit trackers.
Track your progress daily and see your ranking on the Leaderboard.
Where can I view my activity history?
Go to Dashboard to see your completed classes, badges earned, and personal wellness stats.
💳 Billing & Corporate Access
Do I need to pay to use the app?
No. Access is provided through your employer’s corporate wellness program.
I lost access to some features. Why?
Your company’s program might have changed, or your access may have expired.
Please contact your HR or wellness coordinator.
📲 Troubleshooting
The app is slow or crashing.
Try the following steps:
