CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 1-hour Cancellation Policy for live class purchases. Customers may choose to cancel their participation in live classes and get refunded equivalent to the class price minus third party service fees provided the cancellation does not fall within 1 hour before class start time.

Customers may cancel a reservation through the class confirmation email sent to them upon purchase.

Splore reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class for any reason whatsoever, and will notify the customer ahead of time for cancellations that may take place. Customers who purchase single live classes may be given class credits or an equivalent refund minus third party service fees for the classes they are not able to join due to cancellations.
