ABOUT THE CLASS:
Duration: Splore Classes are individual classes that typically last 45-60 minutes long and are held through Zoom.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNER
This is a class designed to get your heart rate up without the worries of it being too strenuous on your knees and joints! Perfect for those who want to get a good workout without having to worry about injuries.
ABOUT THE COACH:
I am an ACE Certified personal trainer, and Certified Obstacle Sports Coach. More Importantly, I am a mom who loves to keep healthy, fit, and strong, and strives to help others do the same.
I have been an athlete since 5 years old and I have seen the benefit of keeping an active lifestyle. From Being a competitive athlete, I transitioned to coaching preschool kids in various sports, eventually focused on coaching kids and adults in Obstacle Sports, then I added coaching people in various life stages, and ages for fat-loss, fitness, and health.
I am passionate in helping my clients get a good start, and stay consistent in their fitness journey. Please register at least 2 hours before the class to get all the updates and notifications for it.
