Duration: The class itself is 50 minutes long. The remaining 10 minutes is for a quick orientation at the beginning of the class and some water breaks through the hour.
Difficulty Level: Beginner
Equipment needed for the class: Wear comfortable shoes and have a towel for your sweat. Put your speakers on for a better experience!
WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip hop music. Our mission is to create a judgment-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community. About the coach:
I am a transformational coach and in training for my ICF certification. I can help you learn more about YOU. I also produce and moderate virtual programs and webinars for an organizational development company.
I used to be a workaholic and my life revolved around the office and my home. I started my fitness journey in 2011 with yoga and years later, I grew to love cardio and then resistance exercises. I had no idea that fitness would change my outlook in life and would teach me that there is more to life than work. Movement taught me how to love myself and how to raise my self-esteem. I found my true purpose in life, which is to help others realize their best version.
